The room prices are per night and inclusive of buffet style breakfast, dinner* (half board rate), use of the Fitness Center and VAT (18%). All cash payments are made with Russian rubles.
Check-in time is 02:00 p.m., check-out time is 12:00 noon by local time. Occupancy time is calculated from 2:00 p.m. of the registration day (Check-in time) until 12:00 p.m. of the following day (Check-out time). For accommodation less than 24 hours the full daily rate is charged.
Early guaranteed check-in is an additional hotel service, provided from 00:00 (midnight) to 02:00 p.m., according to beforehand reservation.
Early non-guaranteed check-in is an additional hotel service, provided from 00:00 (midnight) to 02:00 p.m. without beforehand reservation, but only upon free room availability.
Accommodation of guests in rooms before one established arrival time is provided according to the following conditions:
In case of early guaranteed check-in from 00:00 (midnight) to 02:00 p.m., accommodation is provided with full charge of previous day.
In case of early non-guaranteed check-in from 00:00 (midnight) tî 06:00 a.m. one-day room rate is charged. Accommodation from 06:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. is free of charge.
When delaying guest departure the payment levies:
There is no extra charge if a delay is not more than 2 hours after payment time.
There is an extra charge for half of a day if a delay is not more than 6 hours.
There is a full charge for a day if delay is more than 6 hours.
