Oktyabrskaya Hotel can provide you with visa support service for a single entry tourist visa. Please, be advised that "TOURISM" should be mentioned as purpose of your visit when filling in all kind of documents required for an entry to the Russian Federation.
To allow us to process the application for tourist visa support, please, fill in the following documents:
- Guest questionnaire for single entry tourist visa to Russia
- Individual tourist tour order
- Payment agreement
You should also enclose photocopied/scanned copies of both sides of your credit card. We kindly ask you to make sure the copies of the front and reverse sides of the credit card are clear and as light as possible, because we have to be able to read the number of the credit card and the signature on the reverse side, otherwise we are unable to accept it and visa support letters can not be issued.

Visa support information is available at +7 831 432 80 80 (round-the-clock).
It will take 2-3 days (excluding week-ends and national holidays) to issue visa support papers from the time of 100% prepayment for visa support service.
To obtain Russian tourist visa the following documents must be presented to Russian Consulates:
1. Hotel voucher
2. Application letter from an authorized Russian agent
3. Acknowledgement of a foreign tourist's reception
Do not forget to have the copies of the above mentioned documents with you, when crossing the Russian border and passing Passport Control at the airport.
The Hotel provides visa support service in case of a guaranteed reservation only. You agree to charge your credit card for visa support service even in case of your non-arrival to Hotel or reservation cancellation after the visa support procedure began.
Visa support service is 1600 roubles per each person.
